When will my order ship?
Your plants come directly from the best growers in the Bay Area. Most orders are prepared for delivery within 24 hours. Depending on the location of your grower, orders may take up to 5 business days to deliver for in-stock inventory.
We hand-deliver your plants to you to ensure they are treated with care.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer local delivery to San Francisco and the northern peninsula, including South San Francisco, Daly City, Pacifica, Colma and Brisbane.
You can also schedule to pick up your orders at our San Francisco location in the Mission.
About the Plants
Can I select my own plants?
We don't currently maintain on-site inventory for you to browse. We work with the best growers in the region to source the freshest, healthiest plants for every order. We source for you like we source for ourselves.
We want you to love your plants. Every order is backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee: If any part of your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to replace or refund it.
Can I special order plants?
YES! We got into this business because we love to nerd out on the amazing breadth of California native plants. If you're looking for something specific, contact us. If we can find it within our grower network, we'd love to get it into your hands!
Do you carry non-California native plants?
We have access to a wide array of non-native plants through our grower network. If you're looking for something specific, contact us and we're happy to help!

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your plants. If any part of your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to replace or refund it.
